I had the privilege of meeting with WILK Newsradio personality, Paula Deignan, for an interview on Special Edition. We had a blast discussing my roots in writing, the backstory behind my latest novel and info on the upcoming release. I was joined by cinematographer, Michael Belardi, who used his creative vision in producing the book trailer for My Skull Possession. When we set out on our journey to design a marketing plan to mesh readers with a visual audience, our goal was to preserve the mystery surrounding the storyline. We wanted to capture the theme of the book without comprising reader’s imaginations, all while reaching an audience base that turns to visual mediums as a hook. After the trailer was released, I received some feedback. The greatest comment? “I’m not big into reading, but after watching the trailer, I’m going to read this book.” Mission accomplished!
